Principal Rehabilitation Counsellor
Kerryn is an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 25 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management, including more than 20 years working within the life insurance sector.
Kerryn has extensive experience supporting clients with complex recovery pathways, including cancer recovery, brain injury, chronic pain, fatigue-related conditions, neurological conditions, mental health challenges and neurodiversity-related barriers. Her approach is practical, collaborative and focused on rebuilding confidence, routine, functional capacity and sustainable participation in work and everyday life.

Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor
Alex is a highly experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor with 20 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management.
Alex has extensive experience supporting clients experiencing psychological and trauma-related barriers to recovery and return to work, including work with police and first responders. Her approach focuses on strengths-based rehabilitation strategies to support recovery, rebuild confidence, restore routine and assist clients to re-engage in meaningful life roles, including employment where appropriate.
Areas of focus:
mental health and trauma-related rehabilitation, first responder support, vocational counselling, pre-vocational capacity building, job readiness and sustainable return to work support.

Rita is an experienced Physiotherapist with over 40 years’ clinical experience, including more than 37 years working in injury management and occupational rehabilitation.
Rita specialises in functional and workplace-based rehabilitation, supporting clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and physical health conditions that impact work capacity. She provides practical assessment and rehabilitation support to assist clients to rebuild physical capacity, improve activity tolerance and progress toward safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
Areas of focus:
physical injury rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluation, worksite assessment, ergonomic assessment, work conditioning, ADL assessment and graduated return to work support.

Registered Psychologist / Senior Rehabilitation Consultant
Carrie is a Registered Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation and workplace psychology.
Carrie supports clients experiencing psychological, health and workplace barriers to rebuild confidence, improve functional capacity and progress toward sustainable return to work outcomes. She has a strong focus on vocational assessment, rehabilitation planning and strengths-based strategies, and also works with neurodivergent clients and clients experiencing cognitive or psychological barriers to work participation.
